Event Description
It was reported that the patient presented to the emergency department with dizziness.Upon review of the transmission there were high left ventricular (lv) lead thresholds noted. the lead is still in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
 
Event Description
It was further reported that the lv lead threshold was chronically elevated but stable.It was noted that the patient was experiencing hallucinations immediately prior to being seen in the emergency department.
