The reporter indicated that a 13.7mm vticm5_13.7 -5.00/2.5/090 (sphere/cylinder/axis) implantable collamer lens was implanted into the patient's right eye (od).On (b)(6) 2023 the lens was exchanged for a shorter length lens due to high vault.Attempts to obtain additional information have not been successful.If additional information is received a supplemental medwatch report will be submitted.
