Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent a c section on (b)(6) 2023 and suture was used. The postoperative doctor used suture to suture the patient's incision, ensuring a smooth surgical process without any special complications. On the 24th day after surgery, the patient discovered fluid leakage from the abdominal incision, without redness, swelling, or bleeding. It was considered that the postoperative abdominal wall incision healing was poor, and hospitalization was recommended, but the patient refused. The patient was instructed to apply baiduobang and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel externally and follow up regularly.Additional information was requested.
