Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent a c-section procedure on (b)(6) 2023 and a suture was used.At 15:20, when the doctor sutured the patient's abdominal incision, two stitches were just sutured, and the problem of the suture pulling off the needle happened.Replace with new suture.After removing the suture, the incision was re-sutured.No adverse patient consequences were reported.Additional information was requested.
