Event or Problem Description
The clinician reported a communication issue with the implant.At this stage, explantation of the device is envisaged.The scheduled date of surgery has not been communicated.In vivo analysis was performed by the clinician, it was not possible to communicate with the implant despite various combinations use: change of magnet, antenna and sound processor.

While this device has gained initial pma approval, it has not been commercialized, imported or sold in the us and no implantations have been performed as of the date of this report.The implant neuro zti evo was not explanted.At this stage, the event is not a serious incident.Follow-up report will be submitted once the implant has been explanted.The subject device is part of the voluntary field corrective action initiated for neuro zti on (b)(6) 2021 (international recall #211014).
