Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a labrum refixation surgery the lasso could not be pushed through the device.According to the surgeon no harm for patient, operator or third party occurred.The surgery was finished successfully with a new device with the same part number.It was not necessary to switch the surgical technique or do a second surgery.

Complaint is not confirmed.Visual evaluation noted no problem with the driver, and the suture lasso was not returned for investigation.Functional testing was not performed due to missing component.No problem found.
