Alleged failure: support caseeib vlad burning smell.Update - device was not warm, but was noticed after case had ended.No patient involvement.Smell was noticed by a nurse.The failure alleged in the complaint record was not confirmed/duplicated during the product investigation.The probable root cause/s could be coming from other equipment.The product was returned for investigation and the failure mode will be monitored for future reoccurrence.
