Stryker evaluated the customer's device and was unable to duplicate the reported issue.Stryker reseated the device's cables and harnesses and replaced the battery pins as a precaution.After observing proper device operation through functional and performance testing, the device was returned to the customer for use.The cause of the reported issue could not be determined.
Event or Problem Description
The customer contacted stryker to report that their device's display freezes.This can be indicative of a device lock up condition.As a result, defibrillation therapy may be unavailable, if needed.There was no report of patient use associated with the reported event.
