It was reported that during an arthroscopy, the microraptor knotless anchor was being tapped into the hole, and the tip of the anchor bent and fell off the inserter. The tip of the anchor was removed from the patient using an arthroscopic grasper. However, the body of the anchor appeared to be introduced into the labrum of the glenoid and was not able to be removed from the patient. The procedure was completed with a non-significant delay using a s+n back up device in a new additional bone hole.A void was left in the patient and no further complications were reported.
