It was reported that that the bipolar impedance was good. However, c1 was out of range. The physician wanted to test c1 and the manufacturer representative (rep) wasn't able to program stimulation due to connectivity test not passing.Agent recommended skipping connectivity but rep said she still can't run the stimulation test.Rep was on her second lead test cable.Agent told rep the lead is likely good but if the physician has to test c1 today, then there isn't another way other than to replace the lead.It was confirmed that skipping the connectivity should have allowed programming to test stimulation. The other recommendation was to disconnect the external neurostimulator (ens) and cable and try again but the call had ended. The logs and test cable were requested. The rep followed up after the call stating a 2nd lead was used and the connectivity passed.Impedances were run and all electrodes were in normal ranges. The hospital staff threw out both lead test cables but they saved the unused lead.Additional information was received from the manufacturer representative (rep) that all impedance issues resolved and the patient is experiencing effective therapy.
