Information was received from a healthcare provider regarding a patient receiving an unknown drug via an implantable pump. The indications for use was cancer chemotherapy. It was reported that the caller, a healthcare provider (hcp), stated that they saw motor stall message when reading the pump prior to a refill. When asked if patient had magnetic resonance imaging (mri) recently, the hcp stated that they did and confirmed pump was last read prior to mri.The manufacturer's technical services specialist (tss) reviewed telemetry mode. The patient had already left so the hcp could not check logs for stall or recovery information, but the hcp stated that the expected volume matched during the refill so they thought pump was running. The hcp stated they would likely have patient come back so they could check for a recovery log.
