Additional Manufacturer Narrative
H3: the revision reported was likely the result of prosthesis wear of the patella and tibial insert, and aseptic (non-infected) femoral loosening, after being implanted for more than 13 years. The femoral loosening may have been the result of degradation of the bond between the femoral component and the bone, patient-related conditions, or any combination of these possibilities. However, this cannot be confirmed as the devices were not returned to exactech for evaluation.
