Additional information was received 28dec2023.The unknown access site was not scarred, and the anatomy was not stenosed, tortuous, or calcified.A contralateral approach was used; however, the bifurcation was not steep or calcified.A little resistance was encountered "at the beginning of the maneuver", and the device separated as soon as resistance was encountered.
