Event or Problem Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The 99% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and severely calcified superficial femoral artery.A 2.5mm x 20mm x 144cm coyote es balloon catheter was advanced for dilatation.However, during the sixth inflation at 10 atmospheres for 20 seconds, the balloon ruptured.The device was removed, and the procedure was completed with a different device.There were no complications reported, and patient was in good condition post procedure.
