Event or Problem Description
The reporter indicated that a 13.2mm vticm513.2 implantable collamer lens of -12.0/2.0/100 (sphere/cylinder/axis) was implanted into the patient's right eye (od) on (b)(6) 2023.On (b)(6) 2023, the lens was exchanged for a longer length lens due to low vault without rotation.The problem was not resolved.Status of the eye is "ok." cause of the event is unknown.It was reported that the resulting vault is still very low.
