Event or Problem Description
The doctor reported the implant was removed due to implant fracture approximately 9 years and 2 months after implant placement.Bone quality around the area was type ii, and oral hygiene around the implant was good.No significant finding was observed during the implant removal surgery.Bone augmentation material was not used in implant placement surgery.There was no related trauma history reported.The patient has since recovered but will need another implant.
