Stryker evaluated the customer¿s device and was unable to verify or duplicate the reported issue.The device passed functional and performance testing and was returned to the customer for use.The cause of the reported issue could not be determined.
Event or Problem Description
The customer contacted stryker to report that their device display a blank white screen.A white display can be indicative of a device lock up condition.As a result, defibrillation therapy may be unavailable, if it was needed.There was no patient involvement reported with the event.
