H10: the device was received for evaluation.An unaided eye visual inspection was performed and no signs of defects were observed that could have caused the reported leak.Pressure testing and clear passage under water testing were performed and a leak was observed in the filter from a damaged filter and membrane.The reported condition was verified.The cause of the condition was a manufacturing related issue.A batch review was conducted and there were no deviations found related to this reported condition during the manufacture of this lot.Should additional relevant information become available, a supplemental report will be submitted.
