Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a surgical procedure, the tip of the bur broke in the patient which was quickly retrieved.It was also reported that the event contributed to a delay of 60-120 minutes.It was further reported that no adverse consequences and no medical intervention as a result of this event.It was further reported that the procedure was completed successfully.
