It was reported that a 13.7mm, vticm513.7, -9.00/2.5/091 (sphere/cylinder/axis), implantable collamer lens was implanted into the patients left eye (os) on (b)(6) 2023.The patient experienced excessive vault and refractive surprise.Lens remains implanted.Additional information has been requested but none has been forthcoming.If additional information is received a supplemental medwatch report will be submitted.
