According to the information provided, the patient was revised for a 2nd time in (b)(6) 2023 due to repeated dislocation. It appears that only the acetabular liner was revised during this second revision. The dislocation reported may have been due to positioning of the components at the time of implantation, mechanical impingement, joint tensioning, or an unreported traumatic event.Based on review of all available information, there is no evidence to suggest that the reported event is related to any design or manufacturing issues. The cause of the dislocations and subsequent revision cannot be conclusively determined.
