Event or Problem Description
The tray has a very tiny break, and this do not affect any functionality of the instruments.Additional event information: on a plastic rack/container, there is printed text attached coming out from the paper table of contents on the bottom (230799923).That rack is also broken.There were instruments that were dirty inside, including glen resurfacing reamer.
