Event or Problem Description
The reporter indicated that a 13.2mm vicm5_13.2 implantable collamer lens of -8.50 diopter was implanted into the patient's right eye (od) on (b)(6) 2023 and the patient experienced low vault.It was reported that medical or surgical intervention is not necessary.Reporter stated that the patient is happy and the doctor will monitor patient closely.If additional information is received a supplemental medwatch report will be submitted.
