Additional Manufacturer Narrative

H11: the read-out of the centrifugal pump (real-time device parameters and setting recording file) was gathered and analyzed.Reported motor controller error message was confirmed from log files analysis both on (b)(6) 2024.Another error (code 403), that indicates a debug can message to the drive unit, was also stored few minutes after the other motor controller error in both occurrences.Based on the fact that the issue was not reproduced, it cannot be ruled out that the event was related to a temporary failure of the cp5 drive unit and its temperature sensor due to prolonged use under load.
