Stryker evaluated the customer's device and verified the reported issue.Stryker replaced the device's therapy retaining ring to resolve the reported issue.Proper device operation was observed through functional and performance testing.The device was returned to the customer for use.
Event or Problem Description
The customer contacted stryker to report that their device's therapy connector pushes into the device with a therapy cable connected.In this state the device may not be able to deliver defibrillation therapy if needed.There was no report of patient use associated to the reported event.
