Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the johnson and johnson(jnj) preloaded intraocular lens (iol) cracked while inserting into the eye.The iol was fully inserted and then cut and removed with no other complications.No capsule tear, vitrectomy, or sutures.The procedure was completed with a backup lens of the same model and diopter.No further information was provided.
