Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy, when fixed the sub-hepatic drainage tube and closed the abdominal white line of the umbilical incision, used braided absorbable surgical suture to tie knot, the suture was broken under low tension.Immediately replaced it with a new one and sutured for the patient.There was no patient injury.
