Event or Problem Description
Information was received from healthcare provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding a patient having tlif l45.It was reported that during the final tightning of the set screws, the tip of the driver broke off.There were no patient symptoms reported.There were no further complications reported regarding the event.
