Event or Problem Description
As reported by the user facility: brief inquiry description air in line alarm detailed inquiry description air in line alarm with the use of asv description of the patient event norepinephrine 8mg/250ml pt.Dose was.02 mcg/kg/min; air in line alarm with the use of asv.Air noted in tubing, tapped the air bubble to the bag.No injury reported.
