Additional information was received and stated: these damages do not occur over one use but certainly over several years! when the damage occurred is impossible to answer, but the damage was discovered on the very day the damage was reported! so the damage must have been there before the surgery, during the surgery and after the surgery for a long time! no injuries to patients have been reported due to this.
