Event or Problem Description
The reporter indicated that the surgeon implanted a 12.6mm vticmo12.6, -15.0/1.5/075 (sphere/cylinder/axis), implantable collamer lens into the patient's right eye (od) on (b)(6) 2023.On (b)(6) 2024 the lens was replaced with a same size , different diopter lens due to refractive surprise.The problem was resolved.Cause of the event is reported as unknown.
