Event or Problem Description
The reporter indicated that the surgeon implanted a 12.1mm vicm5_ 12.1 implantable collamer lens of diopter -10.5 into the patient's right eye (od) on (b)(6) 2023.On (b)(6) 2024 the lens was exchanged for a same length/different model lens due to refractive surprise.The problem was resolved.The cause of the event was reported as unknown.
