Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during a laparoscopic diagnosis, when entering the forceps at the beginning of the surgery to make the di agnosis, the trocar was placed on the abdominal wall, the seal damaged and was leaking.Another trocar was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
