Event or Problem Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The 75% stenosed target lesion was located in the severely tortuous and moderately calcified cephalic vein.A 3.0 x 100, 75cm mustang balloon catheter was advanced for dilation.During the procedure, the balloon ruptured near the center upon initial inflation at 6 atmospheres for 3 seconds.The device was removed without any problems, and the procedure was completed with another of the same device.No complications were reported, and the patient was in good condition after the procedure.
