Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during laparoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer, when detaching the lung parenchyma, the device fired, but the staples were not partially formed and the distal staple line was incomplete.To resolve the issue, the staple line was fixed by manual suturing, and the device was replaced with a new one to complete the surgery. .
