It was reported that following a cataract surgery, during attempt to implant the stents from a trabecular microbypass stent system, the surgeon inadvertently "lost two (2) stents in the chamber".A back-up device was used to implant additional stents. The report noted that patient movement contributed to the mispositioned stents.Additional information has been requested.
