Event or Problem Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The 95% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and severely calcified shunt vein side.A 7.0 x 40, 40cm mustang balloon catheter was advanced for dilation.During the procedure, the balloon ruptured upon initial inflation at 18 atmospheres for 30 seconds.The device was removed without any problems, and the procedure was completed with another of the same device.No complications were reported, and the patient was in good condition after the procedure.
