Event or Problem Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The 100% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and moderately calcified vein.A 5.0mmx100mmx150cm (4f) peripheral cutting balloon was selected for use.During the procedure, the balloon ruptured upon first inflation at 10 atmospheres for 30 seconds.The device was removed without any problem, and the procedure was completed with another of the same device.There were no complications reported, and the patient was in good condition after the procedure.
