Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during a video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy, after the surgeon pressed the green button, the handle could not be squeezed, and the device did not fire.The same issue occurred on the second reload with the second handle.A third handle and reload were used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
