Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, post-operatively, the unit had a check sensor error and was unable to get readings on renal site.Preamp was replaced twice, the monitor was replaced, and the sensors were replaced thrice.The cerebral site worked with no issue.There was no patient injury.
