Event or Problem Description
Information was received from healthcare provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding few drivers used for spinal ther apy.It was reported that the drivers broke.Product will be returned. there was no patient involvement/symptom reported.There were no further complications reported regarding the event.
