The customer contacted stryker to report that their device's battery pin was pushed in.In this state the device may not be able to deliver defibrillation therapy if needed.There was no report of patient use associated to the reported event.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
Stryker evaluated the customer's device and verified the reported issue.The back case was replaced to resolve the reported issue.Proper device operation was observed through functional and performance testing.The device was returned to the customer for use.
