Event or Problem Description
It was reported that on unknown date the surgeon complaining a while about distal radius screws, items starting with 212.806/212.808 etc, that are not cutting rather not starting.When they are trying to be put in the screws are spinning.The 1.8mm drill are used.These screws are the 2.4mm locking screws that come in lcp distal radius plate.Its really hard as we wasted couple of screws.
