Stryker evaluated the customer's device and verified the reported issue.Stryker replaced the device's main keypad to resolve the reported issue.After completing other unrelated repairs, proper device operation was observed through functional and performance testing and the device was returned to the customer for use.
Event or Problem Description
The customer contacted stryker to report that their device main keypad was not fully responsive.In this state the device may not be able to deliver defibrillation therapy if needed.There was no report of patient use associated to the reported event.
