Event or Problem Description
A site reported to rxsight that a bilaterally implanted patient's light adjustable lens+ (lal+, sn (b)(6), +23.0d) was explanted from the left eye due to blurry vision and monocular diplopia and a new light adjustable lens (lal, sn (b)(6), +22.5d) was implanted as a replacement.Following implantation of the new lal, the patient reports that the monocular diplopia was resolved.
