Event or Problem Description
It was reported that on (b)(6) 2024, during a femoral neck surgery the fem neck sys impl kit/ length 110 sile.The bolt opening was too small to fit over the 3.2mm guide wire.Per the sales consultant, the implant can be sent back.

Additional information received states that the surgery was completed successfully with surgical delay in relation to the reported event due to a manufacturing defect.The patient outcome was fine.
