Additional information was received that reported the device was explanted and replaced with another manufacturers bioprosthetic valve. The reason for replacement was due to the device only partially correcting the regurgitation jet within the middle of the valve, as the valve needed to be fully replaced and not repaired.A maze procedure was also performed concomitantly. No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
