Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the preloaded intraocular lens (iol) was explanted in a secondary procedure due to subjective visual disturbance (temporal negative dysphotopsia).It was replaced with a non jnj lens.There was no patient injury.There were sutures required.No other information is available.
