Event or Problem Description
Medtronic received information regarding a catheter.It was reported that during the surgery, after connecting the catheter to the valve, it was found that the tail end was blocked.The device was removed and replaced with a new one for the surgery.There was a procedure delay of 30 minutes.The patient's status at the time of the report was alive-no injury.
