It was reported to gore that on (b)(6) 2015, this patient was implanted with gore® excluder® aaa endoprostheses and gore® excluder® iliac branch endoprostheses to treat a right common iliac artery aneurysm measuring 48 mm.On (b)(6) 2015 computed tomography angiography (cta) imaging revealed an aneurysm diameter of 36,3 mm, followed by 41 mm (cta imaging) on (b)(6) 2018.On (b)(6) 2018, coil embolisation of the internal iliac artery due to aneurysm growth was performed. The procedure reportedly served to prepare the implant of an additional stent due to a type 1b endoleak presumably relating to the gore® excluder® internal iliac component hgb161007.On (b)(6) 2018, the patient received an additional endoprosthesis as planned. On (b)(6) 2019, follow-up cta imaging found the aneurysm to measure 46 mm in diameter.

It was reported to gore that on (b)(6) 2015, this patient was implanted with gore® excluder® aaa endoprosthesis devices and gore® excluder® iliac branch endoprosthesis devices to treat an abdominal aortic aneurysm and a common iliac artery aneurysm on the right.A gore® excluder® trunk-ipsilateral leg component rlt261412 was implanted in ballerina-fashion on the right and extended on the left contralateral side with two gore® excluder® contralateral leg components, namely a plc231200 component followed distally by a plc271400 component. On the right, a gore® excluder® iliac branch component ceb231210 and a gore® excluder® internal iliac component hgb161007 were implanted to treat a right common iliac artery aneurysm.Prior to the primary procedure, imaging performed on (b)(6) 2014 found a left common iliac artery aneurysm diameter of 25.2 mm.On (b)(6) 2018, follow-up imaging reportedly showed an aneurysm diameter of 32.7 mm.On (b)(6) 2018 a type 1b endoleak due to disease progression was found on the gore® excluder® contralateral leg component plc271400 on the left.On (b)(6) 2018 coil embolisation of the left internal iliac artery was conducted to prepare for an additional stent distally to the plc271400 component. On (b)(6) 2018, a reintervention was performed and the type 1b endoleak was treated with a gore® excluder® contralateral leg component plc121400.
